Recipes

Portuguese BBQ Cuttlefsh
serves 6 as an entrée or light main
DF GF Check your peri peri sauce for gluten
1kg cuttlefsh meat, scored
200ml peri peri sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced bunch chopped oregano or marjoram
1 lime  more


BBQ Oysters

soy and sesame dressing
2 tblsp light soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil
1 green shallot, ends trimmed,
thinly sliced
kilpatrick dressing
2 tblsp worcestershire sauce
1 tblsp tomato sauce
juice of ¼ lemon
100g rindless bacon more


Baked whole mackeral fllet, lemon, fresh bay and rosemary 
1.2kg whole skin on boneless  
mackerel flllet
6 fresh bay leaves
1 lemon sliced into rings
6 stalks rosemary
olive oil
fresh cracked pepper and sea
